      I have severe neuropathy in my feet and lower legs from chemo. Indoors on low setting the insoles are great. They HELP outdoors (now that it’s cold out) but not sure yet if they will keep my feet warm for extended periods. I will try M or H setting next. Batteries last part of the day; I have two pair so next time I will put in fresh insoles right before I go out to see if they will be warm enough.

      These warming insoles work well as advertised. These are best used in a large boot that you won't be doing a ton of walking in or where flexibility isn't important like ski boots or cycling shoes.
